Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Infiniti vehicles
- Efficiently complete work orders to meet flat-rate standards
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an A-Level Technician (Infiniti/Nissan preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Infiniti training certifications highly valued (and rewarded)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
