What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Technician (Part-Time, As-Needed) position at Elite Public School?
ELITE Public Schools is seeking motivated, community-connected individuals to join our team as a Community Outreach Technician. This flexible, part-time role supports student enrollment, family engagement, and community awareness through digital outreach, flyering, and event participation.
This position is especially well-suited for parents/guardians of current ELITE students, ELITE alumni, or current staff who are active in their communities and have strong personal or social media networks.
What You’ll Do
- Share approved ELITE Public Schools messaging, enrollment information, and events on personal social media platforms and digital networks
- Distribute approved flyers and outreach materials in targeted neighborhoods
- Represent ELITE Public Schools at community events, fairs, and outreach activities
- Engage prospective families in a welcoming, professional manner
- Complete outreach tasks independently and submit proof of performance (photos, screenshots, sign-in sheets, etc.)
- Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, based on outreach needs

- Strong personal network and/or active social media presence
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently without close supervision
- Flexible availability (as-needed; hours are not guaranteed)
- Parents/guardians of current ELITE students strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation & Employment Details
- Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
- Classification: Part-Time, As-Needed (not to exceed 30 hours/week)
- Employment Status: At-Will
- Benefits: Not benefits-eligible
- Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable state and federal laws
