Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is friendly, professional, and helpful
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions or products
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is advantageous
- Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately with typing skills at a professional level
- Knowledge of customer service best practices including call etiquette and active listening techniques
- Familiarity with analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify trends for service enhancements
