Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion
- Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular meetings and provide project status updates
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
