What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEC Reporting Manager position at Elite Placement Group, LLC?
We’re seeking an experienced SEC reporting professional to join a high-impact finance team. This role will take ownership of key reporting processes, support earnings cycles, and drive efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own quarterly and annual SEC reporting in Workiva, including XBRL
• Support earnings releases and collaborate with Investor Relations
• Assist with Irish Modified GAAP reporting
• Partner with global business units and external auditors
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives
• Stay current on SEC/FASB updates and support special projects, including ESG
• Maintain and enhance SOX documentation
Ideal Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred
• 3–4 years in public accounting or a public/corporate mix
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Workiva/Hyperion/SAP is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
