We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced senior accounting professional to join a private equity-backed international manufacturing holding company entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you'll drive accounting operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple countries.

As a key member of the finance leadership team, you’ll oversee monthly consolidations, lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the organization. Reporting directly to the Controller and working closely with the CFO, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic M&A activity including purchase accounting.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in US GAAP, experience managing geographically dispersed teams, and a passion for building scalable systems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also be instrumental in developing and enforcing standardized policies, supporting year-end audits, and championing automation and process improvement across finance functions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred
• 8 years of accounting and finance experience with global companies, including 3 years accounting experience gained with a large international or US audit firm
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, with exposure to IFRS preferred, and the ability to prepare consolidated financial statements and related notes
• Experience with a financial consolidation package; strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
