What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Identify pain, weakness, mobility restrictions, movement limitations, and functional deficits
• Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy
• Use your clinical judgment to progress and modify treatment
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, confidence, and quality of life
• Educate patients on exercise, movement, injury prevention, and long-term self-management
• Build strong therapeutic relationships that encourage patient participation and consistency
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on patient response
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical and support team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment
• Continue developing professionally through mentorship, continuing education, and hands-on clinical experience

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in Arkansas
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
