About the Role:
We're seeking an energetic and personable Front Office Patient Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our physical therapy clinic. You'll be the friendly face that greets our patients, the organized mastermind keeping our schedule running smoothly, and the dependable team player who makes everything come together seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
As our PCC, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the clinic schedule to keep it consistently full and efficient
- Scheduling current and new patients and ensuring they stay on track with their treatment
- Following up with lost or past patients to keep them engaged in their care
- Verifying insurance benefits and handling pre-authorizations
- Tracking clinic performance goals
- Collecting co-pays and assisting with billing-related follow-ups
- Being the glue that holds our front desk operations together
