- Manage up to 10 patients at a time while working alongside the doctor
- Reception duties- checking patients in; scheduling; confirmation calls; recalls; collecting payments; communicating with doctor and clients effectively
- Created/pulled patients charts; organized records and managed filing system containing confidential information.
- Responsible for sending out to patients thank you, welcome, and birthday cards
- Participate in weekly company meetings that indicate overall weekly business progress, production, and future proceedings
- Provide efficient and effective customer service through multitasking, directing, and overseeing 400 patients on a weekly basis
- Maintain an inventory of the office supplies and medical equipment
- Closing the office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
