We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide respectful, person-centered support to clients in their daily lives. In this role, you will help promote comfort, independence, safety, and dignity while building trusted relationships with the people you support.
What You Will Do
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe movement throughout the home or community
- Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, hydration reminders, and light household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting each client’s preferences and routines
- Support medication reminders and basic care routines according to care plans and agency guidelines
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, needs, or behavior to appropriate team members
- Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation as required
