As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales operations. You’ll learn in a hands-on environment from our senior team and benefit from training in everything from customer service best practices to all steps of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers in person to understand their needs and explain available services
- Assisting customers with service plans, troubleshooting issues, and placing sales orders
- Delivering friendly, helpful customer service that leads to long-term customer satisfaction
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with other departments, such as HR, senior management, and junior associates
- Learning directly from experienced fellow team members through job shadowing and hands-on training
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or warehouse work is a plus (not required)
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Position Overview:
- Employment type: This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours guaranteed a week).
- Compensation: Commission-based – team members earn between $50,000-$60,000/year with commissions.
- Location: This position is based out of our McAllen office and retail-based field store locations in southern Texas as assigned.
- Clients & Products: We work with Frontier customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
