As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will assess our customers’ needs in person, introduce smartphones suited to their lifestyle, and recommend data plans that align with how they actually use their devices day to day. The Entry Level Sales Associate then stays current on what's available to answer questions accurately and guide sales conversations without overwhelming anyone.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Meet our customers in person to introduce modern AT&T smartphones and flexible data plans, creating clear sales opportunities.
- Engage customers in person and recommend simple options that fit everyday needs while guiding them toward a confident purchase.
- Guide our customers through in-person sales conversations that highlight practical value and convert genuine interest into strong sales.
- Build trust during in-person conversations by offering helpful, patient support that makes choosing an AT&T smartphone and data plan easy.
