What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter/Doorperson position at Elite Parking Services?
Since 1992, ELITE Parking Services has been proudly serving Hawaii′s businesses, people, and hospitality industry with the state′s best valet and self-parking services. But what we do is more than simply parking cars. Our philosophy is to provide the most efficient and courteous valet services at affordable rates and ensure that every guest we serve feels special, secure, and respectfully cared for. We are located at luxury hotels, award winning fine dining restaurants, major health care facilities, financial institutions and at prestigious community events.
Elite Parking is hiring an Greeter/Doorperson. Pay is $16/hour. Must be available Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7am to 6pm.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting guests
- Assisting customers with questions
- Directing customers to the appropriate area
You are:
- Reliable and dependable
- Experienced with at least six (6) months of customer service
- Able to multi-task
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have a positive attitude and are a team player
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to work outdoors and in all environmental conditions
- Able to work Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7am to 6pm
- A high school graduate (or equivalent)
