Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Parking Manager to lead our parking operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties
- Supervise parking attendants and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and customer interactions
- Oversee payment transactions, including cashiering duties and accurate transaction recording
- Maintain clear communication with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly
- Monitor parking lot conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the area remains secure
- Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Implement retail math principles to manage cash registers, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports
Experience
- Experience in parking management roles
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience operating various vehicle types is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling with attention to accuracy and accountability
- Familiarity with parking operations or retail math enhances your ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
