At Elite Paint Home Renovations, we’re not just another painting company—we’re building a dominant brand in Metro Detroit, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be part of something big.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Capture daily content on job sites (before/after, transformations, team in action)
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Take and edit high-quality photos
• Manage and post content on:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Help grow both the company brand AND owner’s personal brand
• Respond to messages, comments, and engagement across platforms
• Brainstorm and execute viral content ideas

Who We’re Looking For:

• Age range: 18–25 years old
• Energetic, driven, and hungry to learn and grow
• Has experience (or passion) in:
• Social media
• Photography / videography
• Content editing
• Comfortable using:
• iPhone or camera for shooting content
• Editing apps (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Not afraid to be on job sites, around crews, and in the action
• Self-motivated and takes initiative (we don’t micromanage)

Bonus (Not Required):

• Marketing experience
• Understanding of viral content trends
• Experience growing social media pages

Pay & Schedule:

• $15–$20/hour starting (room to grow quickly based on performance)
• 25–40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time available)
