Duties

- Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting schedules.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
- Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions while optimizing ad performance through analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, marketing, and sales to align messaging and promote brand initiatives effectively.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign success; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships and community loyalty.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all digital channels while proofreading content for accuracy and tone.

Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with measurable results.
