About the Role
Elite Pacific Vacations is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our South Shore Kauai team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk.
Our Quality Assurance Inspectors play an important role in making sure each vacation rental is clean, stocked, secure, and guest-ready before arrivals and after departures. You will be visiting beautiful homes throughout the Poipu area and helping ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience.
What You’ll Do
- Perform arrival and departure inspections at vacation rental properties in the Poipu area
- Confirm homes are clean, staged, stocked, and ready for guest arrival
- Check inventory levels and submit supply requests as needed
- Pick up and deliver supplies, guest amenities, and welcome items when needed
- Secure homes after guest departures
- Handle light tasks such as replacing batteries, changing lightbulbs, or reporting maintenance concerns
- Create housekeeping, maintenance, and repair requests using our provided software/apps
- Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding property condition and urgent needs

- Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, Google tools, and basic software
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Dependable, professional, and guest-focused
- Vacation rental, housekeeping, hospitality, or property management experience is helpful, but not required

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
