Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient phone calls and assist with patient questions or route calls appropriately.
- Support providers and nursing staff during clinic.
- Room patients and obtain vital signs as needed.
- Assist with DME including fitting, patient education, documentation, and inventory.
- Help maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies.
- Assist with patient scheduling, referrals, and medical records when needed.
- Provide coverage for staff during vacations, lunches, or high-volume clinic days.
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the practice to provide seamless support.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the practice.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a physician office or specialty clinic preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
