We primarily serve patients in East Brunswick, Old Bridge, and Monroe, with all services fully covered by Medicare.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in their homes. Responsibilities include providing expert care in physical therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and home care services, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient recovery and wellness. Additionally, the therapist will maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper progress tracking.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Proficiency in Patient Care and Home Care with demonstrated empathy and attentiveness
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work independently and provide care in various home environments
- Experience with geriatric or post-surgical care is a plus
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Car and valid driver's license
