Elite Men's Health is expanding to Conway, and we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a new clinic while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Our practice specializes in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, wellness, and preventative care. We are committed to helping our patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through personalized, evidence-based treatment.

Schedule
Part-Time
- One 10-hour shift per week
- No weekends or holidays
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage patients receiving hormone optimization, wellness, and medical weight loss therapies.
- Interpret laboratory results and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Educate patients on medications, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure safe, evidence-based care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay current on advances in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and wellness medicine.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Arkansas APRN licensure.
- DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Experience in hormone replacement therapy, men's health, endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or wellness medicine is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
