About Us
Elite Men's Health is expanding to Conway, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional experience while supporting our providers and clinical staff.
Our practice specializes in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, wellness, and preventative care. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Check patients in and out while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Verify and update patient demographics and medical information.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
- Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Support the daily operations of a busy wellness clinic.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using electronic medical records is preferred.
- Previous medical office or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required.
