Elite Learning Academy – Martinez, GA
Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
About Us
Elite Learning Academy is a growing early childhood education center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. We are seeking a dependable, caring, and safety-focused Van Driver to transport children to and from school, field trips, and educational activities.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport children to and from local schools and scheduled destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized academy van.
- Ensure every child is properly seated and secured.
- Follow all traffic laws and childcare transportation regulations.
- Communicate professionally with parents and academy staff.
- Assist children with safely entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Report any maintenance concerns or incidents immediately.
- Help with light classroom or facility duties between driving routes, if needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience driving children is preferred but not required.
- Must pass:
- Criminal Background Check
- Drug Screening
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, punctual, patient, and enjoys working with children.
