Security OfficerElite Investigations is seeking experienced and reliable Security Officers to join our growing team in the Downtown Manhattan, NY area.As a Security Officer, you will be held to above-quality standards as a server of our surrounding communities. Being a Security Officer, you must attain exceptional customer service skills, while striding in your confident presence with our clients. You must also have the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly, effectively, and efficiently. As a Security Officer with our company, you will be responsible for initiating and completing daily reports in addition to reporting any emergencies. As a talented team member, you will command a high-standing presence when posted at our sites. Some of the other duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities listed below. DAY & OVERNIGHT SHIFT IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION!1600x22002300x0600Responsibilities:This is a standing post; no sitting will be allowed.Enforce rules of client site for conduct of all patrons.Patrol designated area in the building at various times.Provide access control by ensuring guests remain in public spaces and do not venture into unauthorized spaces.Adhere to certain fundamental rules of security to prevent theft, fire, damage, and personal injuryProvide direction to gusts and vendors to the front desk.Communicate with visitors and employees at all times in a .Escort clients, guests, and utility personnel in and out of the theater as necessary.Maintain daily logbook and sign in sheets; ensure all security equipment is in working condition dailyPresent a professional manner at all timesQualifications and Requirements:Must have a valid New York State Security LicenseMust have 1 years' experience as a Security OfficerMust have 1 years' experience in Customer ServiceMust be able to read, speak, and write the English language fluentlyMust be able to write incident reportsMust be able to stand for long periods on post in lobby.Must have open availability, including weekends.Must have reliable transportationMust wear black suit issued uniform (provided by companyMust present themselves well groomed.Must have reliable transportationBenefits: Benefits such as vacation, medical, dental and vision apply to full-time positions only.Elite Investigations embarked on its mission over 40 years ago, aiming to deliver outstanding security services to clients across various sectors.
