We are seeking a Retail Security Officer with experience in Loss Prevention to serve our high-end client.
Location: Dadeland Mall (7535 N Kendall Dr, Miami, FL 33156)
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour PAID WEEKLY!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in loss prevention is REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and conflict management
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must possess a valid FL Security D License
Duties:
- This is a STANDING/WALKING post which requires you to be on your feet while on-duty
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter theft
- Communicate constantly with manager on duty regarding any suspicious activity
- Implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize risk
- Monitor and respond to alarms to detect potential theft
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or concerns
