As a Fireguard (f03/f04), one is tasked with ensuring the safety and security of a high-profile client through the execution of both armed and unarmed protective assignments. Adhering to high standards while serving the surrounding communities is essential. A Fireguard is expected to maintain a commanding presence complemented by exceptional customer service skills. Furthermore, the capability to manage crisis situations at the client site in a calm, effective, and efficient manner is of the utmost importance.
In the capacity of an Executive Protection Agent with our organization, you will be responsible for both initiating and completing daily reports. As a valued team member, you must uphold a distinguished presence while assigned to various sites. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
As a Fireguard (f03/f04), one is tasked with ensuring the safety and security of a high-profile client through the execution of both armed and unarmed protective assignments. Adhering to high standards while serving the surrounding communities is essential. A Fireguard is expected to maintain a commanding presence complemented by exceptional customer service skills. Furthermore, the capability to manage crisis situations at the client site in a calm, effective, and efficient manner is of the utmost importance.
In the capacity of an Executive Protection Agent with our organization, you will be responsible for both initiating and completing daily reports. As a valued team member, you must uphold a distinguished presence while assigned to various sites. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
.1. Provide close protection and execute additional security-related functions for the client during both domestic and international assignments:
- Lead counter-surveillance operations.
- Conduct protective advance planning and perform threat vulnerability assessments.
- Transport the client and/or family members to events and appointments while employing evasive and defensive driving techniques as necessary.
- Effectively manage requests from the client and their family, ensuring that all safety and security measures are adhered to.
- Respond to emergencies and conduct medical operations as required.
2. De-escalate tense situations or confrontations that may occur at the client’s residence or during events:
- Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely and clear manner.
3. Generate comprehensive reports, including suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative documentation:
- Ensure that all vehicles are maintained in clean and safe operating condition.
- Assist in the coordination of protection schedules and team assignments.
- Operate and maintain protective, operational, and communications equipment efficiently.
- Promptly identify and escalate any deficiencies or failures.
- Assume all other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to participate in the Company pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must have applicable state and local license/permits to carry a concealed firearm.
- At least 2 years of executive protection experience including advance planning, surveillance and counter surveillance operations and security driving for high net-worth clients.
- MUST Possess a New York State Security License and/or HR218
- Defensive driving tactics training/experience
- International experience, preferred.
