Position Summary
Elite Interactive Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Install & Service Operations Coordinator to support daily field operations across installation and service teams.
This role is responsible for maintaining daily visibility into technician and subcontractor schedules, ensuring customer communication is handled professionally, identifying issues before they become failures, and helping eliminate unnecessary return visits and operational inefficiencies.
This is not a passive administrative role. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, detail oriented, operationally aggressive, and comfortable coordinating multiple moving pieces throughout the day.
Core Responsibilities
- Contact subcontractors and field technicians each morning to confirm schedules, site status, arrival windows, and readiness
- Follow up throughout the day to maintain real-time visibility into field operations
- Escalate delays, missing information, scheduling conflicts, customer issues, or operational risks immediately
- Contact customers before appointments to confirm scheduling, access requirements, expectations, and site readiness
- Coordinate communication between customers, field teams, project management, and operations
- Track daily install and service progress using internal systems and scheduling boards
- Verify completion status, notes, photos, and required documentation from field personnel
- Identify risks that may cause return visits (“go-backs”) and proactively resolve them before jobs close
- Monitor open issues including missing parts, incomplete work, permitting concerns, and customer escalations
- Maintain accurate records and operational updates throughout the day
- Assist management with reporting, scheduling coordination, and operational follow-up
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations coordination, scheduling, or similar field support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills by phone, text, and email
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable working with technicians, subcontractors, and customers simultaneously
- Experience in security, construction, field service, alarm, low voltage, or home services industry preferred
- Experience with scheduling or ticketing systems preferred

Compensation
- $25–28 per hour depending on experience
