Elite Insurance, based in Covington, GA is seeking an dynamic salesperson with a competitive nature and excellent work ethic to help grow its Business Insurance division within the agency.
The successful candidate will understand business to business sales and customer service and will be money motivated and driven to achieve or exceed monthly sales goals through a combination of inside sales, outside sales, establishing business to business sales opportunities, referral relationships, and have a strong work ethic combined with great time management and organizational skills.
This position is a hybrid position that requires at least 2 days per week in the office.
This is a salaried position that also includes the opportunity to earn commission on each sale.
Duties:
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients through cold calling, sales visits, creating referral partners, and establishing lead sources.
- Provide excellent customer service to an existing client base by addressing inquiries and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required.
-Prior sales and lead generation experience preferred.
-Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using Microsoft based programs, as well as web based applications.
