Core Functions of the Customer Account Associate
- Immerse yourself in daily sales operations while learning how Frontier Internet and TV services are successfully introduced to our customers.
- Partner with experienced sales managers to understand customer acquisition strategies, account development, and team performance management.
- Interpret customer needs to support tailored Frontier Internet and TV recommendations that deliver long-term value.
- Examine sales activity, customer engagement, and operational trends to strengthen business decision-making.
- Refine leadership capabilities through structured coaching, mentorship, and practical management experiences.
