Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Onboarding Specialist role based in Chester, VA. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key tasks include coordinating onboarding schedules, facilitating orientation sessions, liaising between departments to streamline the onboarding process, and addressing new hire questions or concerns. The role also involves collaborating with the team to continuously improve onboarding practices to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to effectively connect with new hires and internal teams
- Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing onboarding performance and identifying areas of improvement
