Elite Flag Football is part of Elite Football Academy, founded in 1999 in St. Louis, Missouri. Elite is home to many of the nation’s top football skill development and athletic performance coaches. Our mission is simple but powerful:

Since 2008, Elite Flag Football has grown into one of the area’s most popular youth football programs, serving thousands of players each year. We run four instructional flag football leagues across the St. Louis metro area in partnership with Vetta Sports, as well as competitive outdoor leagues. Our programs are open to boys and girls in grades K–8, and we take pride in offering well-organized, age-appropriate, and fun learning environments that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and love for the game.
Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and positive Flag Football Coaches to join our team! Coaches are the heartbeat of our program. You will lead a team of kids, run practices, teach skills, and encourage teamwork—all while making football fun.
Responsibilities
- Lead practices and games for youth flag football teams (Grades K–8)
- Teach football fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff
- Represent Elite Football’s values of integrity, energy, and professionalism
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for coaches who are:
- High-energy and enthusiastic about working with kids
- Passionate about football, teaching, and youth development
- Strong leaders with excellent communication skills
- Reliable and committed to the team environment
- Prior coaching, athletic, or football experience preferred (but not required)
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, hourly position
- Evening programs: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Weekend programs also available
- Seasonal cycles run Fall, Winter, and Spring (8-week sessions)
- Pay: $17–$22 per hour, based on experience
