Electrical Superintendent – Washington, DC Metro Area (DC / Northern Virginia / Maryland)
Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
- Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers and executive leadership.
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation to ensure successful execution.
- Identify field challenges early and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop future field leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Washington, DC, Virginia, or Maryland (Required).
- 8 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience managing large commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, productivity, and field coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000–$180,000
