Essential Responsibilities

  • Pour concrete into wall and floor forms
  • Smooth, spread, and finish concrete surfaces
  • Work with rebar and reinforcement materials
  • Read blueprints and follow production specifications
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications

  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Concrete or casting experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and team attitude
