About the Role
Elite Equipment Rentals is hiring a Parts & Service Specialist to support our Salt Lake City, UT equipment rental and service operation.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, fleet, or industrial service environments who enjoys working directly with technicians and keeping shop operations running efficiently.
Important: This is not an automotive parts counter position. Candidates must have experience supporting heavy equipment, fleet, or industrial service operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, quote, and order parts for heavy equipment and rental fleet
- Create and manage service work orders, invoices, and warranty claims
- Track equipment repairs and support shop workflow
- Manage parts inventory, receiving, stocking, and reordering
- Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers
- Assist with equipment check-in/check-out and service coordination
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, fleet, or industrial service environments
- Experience supporting technicians in a shop setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, work orders, data entry)
- Strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience
