What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you will:
- Handle employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Draft demand letters, complaints, motions, oppositions, and mediation briefs
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage discovery and law-and-motion practice
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
We entrust attorneys with substantive responsibility early, including strategic input, deposition work, direct client communication, and trial preparation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active membership in the California Bar
- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Excellent organizational and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and responsibilities
- Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with California employment law
- Experience with civil litigation and California civil procedure
Location
