Elite Cutover Connections is a national fiber construction and installation company that has completed over 100,000 fiber installations across the country. We partner with some of the nation’s fastest-growing broadband providers and are expanding into new markets.
Elite Cutover Connections is expanding into Minnesota, and we’re looking for the right leader to help build our operation from the ground up, lead people, and grow alongside us.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Elite’s Minnesota fiber operations
- Serve as the qualifying licensed Power Limited Technician (PLT)
- Help recruit, train, and mentor installation technicians
- Ensure all work meets Minnesota code requirements
- Perform quality control and field inspections
- Work directly with our executive leadership team to grow the Minnesota market
- Help develop processes that will support long-term expansion
Preferred Experience
- Active Minnesota Power Limited Technician (PLT) License
- Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) installation experience
- Low-voltage systems
- Residential and commercial fiber installations
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for building teams and developing people

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
