Elite Construction Company is looking to hire and Bookkeeping Administrator Assistant to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills. It would be helpful to be Bilingual (English & Spanish) You will assist the Office Manager in coordinating administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining the office efficiency. Must know how to work QuickBooks Online
- Facilities Management: Monitor office condition, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs.
- Administrative Assistance: Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation for leadership teams.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence.
- Project Support: Help implement office policies and assist with special projects like team events or onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Typically, 1–2 years in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, new employees
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Must know excel. Must have excellent phone skills. Must be able to work multiple phone lines.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must push/pull carts or equipment
- Standing/Walking: Often throughout the day, including stairs
- Reaching: Both overhead and at/below shoulder level
- Keyboarding & fine hand manipulation for administrative tasks
- Valid Driver’s License required
