Lead Concierge – Elite Concierge (Dallas, TX)
Elite Concierge is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-driven Lead Concierge to support daily operations across our luxury residential properties in Dallas.
This is an elevated concierge role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Pay & Schedule:
- $19.50 per hour
- Minimum ~30 hours per week (approx. $585/week base)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
- Set days off: Tuesday & Wednesday (subject to operational needs)
- Additional hours available for call-offs, coverage, and special circumstances
Position Overview:
The Lead Concierge serves as a key support role to the General Manager and concierge team. You will work regular desk shifts while also acting as the first point of contact for call-offs, coverage needs, and operational support across properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work at least two scheduled concierge desk shifts per week
- Serve as primary on-call contact for coverage needs on non-scheduled days
- Coordinate call-off coverage before escalating to the wider team
- Assist with weekly schedules, shift swaps, and team communication
- Train and mentor new concierge team members
- Uphold Elite standards in guest service, communication, and presentation
- Handle resident concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain logs for incidents, coverage, and additional hours worked
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong reliability and responsiveness (this role depends on it)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay organized
- Flexibility to work across multiple properties as needed
- Prior concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Additional Notes:
- Property assignments and schedules may vary based on business needs
- Must be available to respond to on-call situations promptly
- All working time is paid; on-call standby is unpaid unless actively working
