We are hiring an experienced Creative Lead with proven Amazon marketplace expertise to own and elevate our creative output across Amazon and retail media channels.
Required Amazon Experience (Must-Have)
This is not an entry-level role. To be considered, you must have:
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Experience leading and managing 2 creative associates
- Proven success improving Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing:
- Amazon listing images
- A Content
- Brand Store assets

Role Overview
As Creative Lead, you will serve as the creative authority for a team of 3–5 designers producing high-converting Amazon and retail media assets.
This role blends:

You’ll set the vision, raise the bar for creative quality, and ensure all work drives measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & Direction
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 creatives
- Conduct structured creative reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Establish and enforce high standards for design and performance
- Improve workflows, accountability, and team efficiency
Creative Strategy & Execution
Own creative strategy across:
- Amazon listing images
- A Content
- Brand Store pages
- Guide Sponsored Brands and Display ad creative
- Ensure all assets comply with Amazon policies
- Provide direction using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Step in to execute or refine assets when needed
Performance & Optimization
- Drive measurable improvements in CTR and CVR
- Collaborate with advertising/account teams on performance insights
- Build and implement structured A/B testing frameworks
- Continuously optimize creative for scalability and performance
Required Qualifications
- 2 years in a Creative Lead or Senior Designer role
- 2 years working in eCommerce or Amazon-focused roles
- Strong knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Advanced proficiency in:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Proven track record improving CTR/CVR through testing
- Experience working directly with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency or multi-brand experience
- Familiarity with Amazon Sponsored Ads or DSP
- Experience managing remote creative teams
