Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting janitorial services across various commercial properties AT NIGHT, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Also, will be responsible for covering and CLEANING accounts as needed. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of janitorial services in assigned commercial properties.
- Evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities according to established quality standards.
- Provide detailed reports on inspection findings and necessary corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with cleaning staff and management to address any quality issues.
- Train and mentor janitorial staff on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
- Cover cleaning shifts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in janitorial services or facility management, preferably in a supervisory or inspection role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have drivers license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
