Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

About Us
Elite Jewelry Casting is a leading fine jewelry manufacturing firm based in NYC. We are looking for a sharp, fast-paced, and highly organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who can handle a high-volume environment with professionalism and ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines
- Respond to and organize high volumes of email correspondence
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Manage filing systems and assist with document preparation
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications
- Order and maintain office supplies and reception area
Requirements
- Exceptional multitasking ability — must handle emails, phones, and walk-ins simultaneously
- Minimum 2 years of front desk or administrative experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- High school diploma required (admin training or jewelry industry experience is a plus)

- Paid 4-week training period
- Salary discussed after successful trial period
