Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Field Service Coordinator role. The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating directly with the client, internal field teams and subcontractors in ordering and scheduling of field service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, managing service schedules, handling customer inquiries, and supporting field staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service operations and management
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service excellence
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines
- Experience in service-based industries is a plus
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Google suite
- Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software is desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
