Century Cabinets is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support our operations team by managing installation schedules, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain installation and customer schedules across multiple locations
- Manage and track due dates within the ERP system
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to manage orders
- Schedule field labor by communicating with installers, builders, superintendents, and homeowners
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve field-related issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Perform additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of customer or client-facing experience
- Background in construction, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and a strong service mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office and warehouse setting
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
