Dealer Business Center (DBC) Representative
Join our dynamic used car dealership as a DBC Representative! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping turn leads into appointments and supporting the sales team with timely communication and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential buyers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Communicate vehicle details and availability clearly
- Support sales and finance teams with lead coordination
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Call center or dealership experience preferred
- Organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
