Elite Air Service is growing our Paint Department and looking for an experienced painter with a background in aviation, automotive, or RV refinishing.

What You’ll Do

• Perform paint and refinishing work on aircraft and related components
• Handle prep, masking, repair blending, and final finishes
• Execute multi-color layouts (some freehand work, but not required for every job)
• Work from photos, references, and standard repair processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You Bring

• Experience in aviation, automotive, or RV painting/refinishing
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to produce clean, professional finishes
• Comfortable with both repair work and full refinishing
• Solid work ethic and team mindset

What You’ll Earn

• $4,100 – $6,200/month based on experience and skill
• Reliable, year-round workload
