- $75,000 base salary
- Uncapped commissions monthly bonuses
- Overrides on team production

🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Leader, you will:
- Lead and grow a team of 5–15 sales representatives
- Drive daily sales activity, pipeline development, and closing performance
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales talent
- Coach and mentor team members to exceed goals
- Support deal strategy, proposals, and account development
- Own your market’s performance and hit aggressive growth targets
