Eliot’s Brain Injury programs provide high-quality, innovative programming to help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop personal skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships. Our residential program in Lexington is searching for a Program Manager to assist with offering a person-centered continuum of services that provides high quality programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program offers support and opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives, develop social and daily living skills, and build social and community connections.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience directing a Residential program and maintaining a culture that promotes client strengths, preferences and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day to day operation and overall service delivery of the residential program.
- Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for individuals in the program.
- Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, discipline and supervise program staff to include regular individual supervision and monthly staff meetings.
- Oversee client programming/documentation, including the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavior plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and three years related experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults.
- Ability to provide supervision and leadership to staff.
- Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury and commitment to their individual preferences for treatment.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work and for the transportation of clients to and from appointments and activities as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual Salary: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD
