Registered Dietitian & Diabetes Educator – Build Something That Matters
Highlights
- Full-Time / Monday–Friday
- Hybrid Schedule with flexibility to work around your personal life
- Non-Profit, Mission-Driven Healthcare

Why This Role?
This isn't just a clinical job — it's a chance to build something. You'll have the unique opportunity to help shape and grow a diabetes education program that directly serves underserved communities across the Merrimack Valley. If you're a dietitian who wants to lead meaningful change, work with purpose, and still have time for what matters most at home, this role was designed with you in mind.
A Schedule That Works for Your Life
We understand that the best clinicians also have full lives outside of work. That's why we offer a hybrid schedule — a mix of on-site and remote work — so you can deliver exceptional care while maintaining the flexibility your family needs. No evenings. No weekends. Just meaningful work, Monday through Friday.
About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate and driven Registered Dietitian Diabetes Educator to help build and deliver a community-facing diabetes education program across our clinical sites. You'll provide personalized and group-based education for patients managing Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes — guiding them through goal-setting, behavior change, and long-term self-management. Working alongside an integrated care team, you'll play a central role in reducing diabetes-related health disparities in communities that need it most.
What You'll Do
- Help develop and grow a diabetes education program rooted in community need
- Provide individualized and group diabetes education aligned with ADA standards
- Partner with patients to set meaningful, achievable health goals
- Identify and address barriers to learning and self-care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize outcomes
- Lead group classes and conduct thorough individual assessments
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that shape how care is delivered
- Travel between sites (mileage reimbursed) to reach patients across the region
What We're Looking For
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with an active Massachusetts license
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) — preferred
- Experience with insulin pump therapy and CGM technology — preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish — strongly preferred and highly valued
- Current BLS certification
Salary : $71,000 - $83,000
