We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Energy & Engineering division — someone with agency roots who knows how to balance quality with speed and thrives in a high-accountability, relationship-driven environment.
You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and engineering roles — sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through every stage while building long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to execute search strategy, expand our Energy & Engineering footprint, and help shape the next phase of growth for Elios.
This role demands someone who can think strategically, move decisively, and communicate with polish.
