Job Description:
We are working with an amazing Community Health organization seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidate to join their team. Depending on the position, the organization is open to both experienced and New Graduate applicants.

The appropriate candidate will have a passion for working in Community Health, providing care to those most in need.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday - Friday
- Mix of 35 clinical hours and 5 admin hours weekly
- No nights or weekends
- Strong, collaborative team

Details:
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2 years experience as an NP or PA is ideal, but not required
- Flexible scheduling as needed / fitting the team and patient schedules

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
