Responsibilities
- 8 ORs, handling 98% orthopedic cases – mostly sports-related surgeries
- Fast-paced but lower stress than hospital ORs, in our opinion
- Team-first culture with supportive physicians and leadership
- A flexible, respectful approach to scheduling
Job Info:
- Amazing leadership team. Very collaborative environment. Team first environment.
- Full-time = 30 hours/week, with full benefits. Can also support 4, 10's for 40 hours per week.
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
- Monthly schedules released in advance, including early summer planning
- Late coverage rotated and shared fairly – early outs are common the next day
- Shifts are generally 10 hours but may flex to 8s or 12s depending on cases

Preferred Skills
